Construction Writers Association Scholarship

Dr. Lyn Brodersen (Dean of  the College of Arts, Letters, and Science at Southwest Minnesota State) contacted me this morning about an important scholarship opportunity from the Construction Writers Association. As their website indicates, the association "is awarding scholarship(s) titled Build A Future Scholarship to undergraduate students who demonstrate outstanding skills, aptitude and motivation in the fields of journalism, communications, and public relations as they apply to the fields of architecture, engineering, or construction."

The site also notes that "The monetary award is $2,000 (US Dollars) and it is open to students pursuing studies in any of the above fields. In addition to the monetary award, this scholarship includes a full conference registration to the CWA Annual Conference and a travel stipend up to $500 (US Dollars). The total value is $3,500 (US Dollars)."

If you are interest in applying for the scholarship, please visit this site for details:
