Minnesota Governor's Office Internships

The following post comes from Jenna Covey at the Governor's Office. I have abbreviated it slightly.

The communications department in the Office of Governor Mark Dayton is now hiring Fall Interns to serve September through December 2012.

Duties include assisting communications staff with daily operations, such as tracking media coverage, developing creative including photography, video, graphic design, and assisting with social media outreach, research, and analytics. Interviews will be held over the next three weeks, and the official application deadline is September 15, 2012.

Congratulations to Dan Gilland!

May 2012 PWC graduate Dan Gilland has joined The Schwan Food Company. He started on July 9, 2012 as a Communication Project Specialist which is a marketing position within the Home Service division of Schwan's. Dan will be doing internal marketing, which primarily entails providing communications support to Schwan's nationwide Home Service sales team. Please be sure to congratulate Dan the next time you see him right here in Marshall.
